About Le'Ruz La Rose

Le’Ruz La Rose was born in South Los Angeles born to Guatemalan parents. She is a Garifuna American who consider herself a Afro-Latina. In 1994 Le’Ruz and her family moved to the South Bronx where she was raised. At the age of 12 Le’Ruz joined USDAN Camp where she learned how to sing Opera. Due to Le’Ruz parents love of music she fell in love with her father’s Motown music collection and consider Otis Redding’s one of her influences to pursue music. Ms. La Rose joined her school Choir and The All Bronx High School Choir where she performed at the Carnegie Hall and United Nations. When Le’Ruz was 14 years old she joined TEENS IN MOTION’s modeling program. As a model LeRuz modeled for multiple underground designers across NYC which landed her a modeling gig with AKADEMICS Apparel. Furthermore, Le’Ruz have been published on multiple magazines and graced the cover of Haitian Magazine “Volewo.” Performing arts always kept Le’Ruz La Rose busy as a teenage. La Rose joined Mother Winslow Rosetta LeNoire Amas Musical Theatre Academy. In Amas Le’Ruz was a leading actress on Godspell, Footloose and On The Town. In addition Le’Ruz had the honor of Maurice Hines presenting a Amas Scholarship to her at a Benefit Concert. While in Amas Le’Ruz shared the stage with Broadway legends such as Stephanie Pope, Vivian Reed and Disco Queen Freda Payne. Le’Ruz was also seen on major tv networks tv such as ABC Ch.7 “Cashmere Mafia starring Lucy Liu, NBC Ch.4 Law & Order, CBS Ch.2 CSI-NY, MTV VMA’s Commercial and more. Getting back to music

 Le’Ruz joined a all girl singing group called “Bittar Sweet” managed by manager/ choreographer former Apollo Theatre host Monica Johnson. The summer of 2007 Le’Ruz La Rose was hired as a staff member for Alvin Ailey’s summer camp as a group leader/choreographer. In 2008 Le’Ruz got signed to B-Boy Records for a few years then became a independent artist. Le’Ruz original single “The Way I Feel” put her on the independent artist map in NYC after being played on the “Diversified Radio Show.” Her single has given her multiple awards which led her to become a film director after creating the music video for the single that put her on the map thankfully giving her three awards as a director. Business have always been essential to Le’Ruz. 2019 Le’Ruz and her mother Aura David launched their wine company ARK BELIE WINE, LLC and joined Surge365 launched ARK BELIE TRAVELS. During the pandemic Ms. La Rose launched BELRUZ26 Company a multi-industry company. Always on the move always on the go stay tuned for more to come
